Can I move a rabies tag from one dog to another?
No. County rules make it unlawful to transfer a rabies tag from one dog to another, and rabies tags are not refundable.
Can a Franklin landlord charge me a pet deposit for my ESA?
You can ask for an exception to any policy that requires a payment to keep an animal. Tennessee's statute gives tenants with a disability that request, and the landlord decides it based on your documentation.
