City law requires a license for every dog and cat over three months old living in Chattanooga. You need a valid rabies certificate to complete it.
How long does a Chattanooga pet license last?
Licenses run one year from the day you buy them, as long as the rabies vaccination stays valid for that whole year. You can renew within 60 days before the expiration date.

What paperwork can a Chattanooga landlord request?

Does Tennessee's statute cover public housing?
It does not apply to government-owned public housing units to the extent it conflicts with federal or state law, so housing authority tenants follow those programs' rules.
